The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has officially paid off her $300,000+ tax debt, bringing a close to a case that critics were quick to jump on, but her family, especially daughter Gia Giudice, never lost faith.

According to a public query on the New Jersey Courts website, the Division of Taxation vs. Teresa Giudice case, which was filed on March 30, is now marked as closed. The original filing stated Teresa owed $303,889.20 to the state, but in true Giudice fashion, the debt has been resolved swiftly and quietly.

This financial closure comes just months after headlines also reported a $2.5 million tax lien involving Teresa’s husband, Luis Ruelas. While some may have speculated about the couple’s financial standing, Teresa’s daughter Gia stepped in early to shut down the noise and offer real perspective.

Speaking on her Casual Chaos podcast at the time, Gia addressed the situation with maturity and confidence.

“We have had a lot of positive moments this week and some negative moments,” she said. “I’m sure you all have seen the news.”

But Gia didn’t waver when it came to backing her mom’s strength and determination.

“The second my mom got home from jail, she has been working her a– off to make sure that my sisters and I live a stable life and that my family is financially stable,” Gia said. “My mom has everything under control, and there’s nothing to worry about.”

And clearly, she was right.

Gia also praised her stepfather Luis, describing him as “the most amazing stepfather” who treats her and her sisters “like his own.” She added that he, too, was actively working to resolve any financial matters. “But there’s nothing to worry about. Everything’s going to be fine,” she assured fans. “But thank you for your concern.”

Now that the debt is officially paid and the case closed, Teresa has once again proven that she can handle anything life throws her way , and she’ll do it with her family by her side.
