Lisa Hochstein recently sat down for a candid conversation on The Viall Files, where she opened up about the painful moment she discovered her husband Lenny was cheating, and the rocky road that followed. Reflecting on the ordeal, Lisa didn’t hold back, sharing intimate details about how she found out and the ongoing fallout.
“The first time was back in 2013. I saw it on his Instagram. I, like, snoop sometimes,” Lisa revealed. She described the moment she uncovered evidence of the betrayal: “The computer was open, and I looked, and I see this message from this woman, and I found out and I confronted him.”
When asked how Lenny responded to the confrontation, Lisa recalled a heartbreaking admission. “Then he finally admitted it. Wanted a divorce, and he said he didn’t love me, and I remember falling to the ground.”

Lisa was also asked about the timing of these revelations in relation to their family life. She clarified, “No – the first time was before,” referring to their son’s birth. Reflecting on the lasting impact, she said, “I don’t think I ever moved on. To lose trust, it’s really hard to get back.” Lisa also shared that Lenny has never apologized for his actions.
The interviewers pressed further about the current state of their relationship, and Lisa didn’t shy away from speaking her truth. “Well, you know what, all I say is the truth, so I’m not afraid to speak the truth. It’s when you lie that you have a problem.”
Lisa also addressed the drama surrounding Lenny’s relationship with his ex-fiancée, which added fuel to the fire. “Things were getting better once he and his ex-fiancée, when they finally broke up. Even the first time they broke up. There were less articles coming out, if you know what I mean, because this one was really trying to make a name for herself.”
She accused the woman of exploiting her family and the show for fame. “I think that she used my family, my kids, the show to gain fame, notoriety, but it didn’t work out, and I think after three years, seeing that she wasn’t being received by anyone in a positive light at all, she wasn’t becoming this big famous model that she thought she was going to be.” Lisa added a pointed remark about rumors she heard regarding the ex-fiancée’s ambitions: “I heard someone say, allegedly, that she wanted to be the new queen of Miami, which I’ve never even called myself the queen of Miami.”
Lisa reflected on how the ex-fiancée’s involvement worsened the situation. “There was a lot of issues. More issues when they were together because I feel that she was inserting herself so much into our divorce that it made it 10 times worse, and then it got a little bit easier, and I don’t know, now it’s not again. So, it’s a lot up and down with this man. It’s not great right now for sure.”
