Teresa Giudice Opens Up About Handling Joe Giudice’s Taxes

The Real Housewives of New Jersey has never been short on drama, but Teresa Giudice is opening up about what the show has been missing lately, and why she feels Season 14 took a turn in the wrong direction.

In a recent video shared by the Centennial World Pod Network on TikTok, Teresa sat down with a Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and spoke honestly about how RHONJ compares to other franchises.

“What we lacked on our show that they have,” Teresa Giudice said, referring to RHOSLC, “is comedy. You want to have fun. You wanna laugh. You don’t want it to be so toxic and so stressful, and for what?”

She didn’t hold back when it came to describing how the tone of RHONJ has changed. “It got so dark,” she said. “I mean, you saw it. I feel like everyone that really knows me, they’re like, ‘That’s not you, the Teresa that we see on TV.’”

According to Teresa, the person fans see onscreen isn’t always the full picture. “I’m so fun to hang out with. And everyone always tells me how funny I am. Where’s that Teresa?” she asked. Then she answered her own question: “That Teresa is around with my friends, but not when I’m filming with my old cast members. Yeah, that doesn’t happen.”

It’s clear Teresa is craving a return to something lighter and more fun, something that feels more like her true self. And with more and more viewers noticing the tension, her comments might be hinting at changes to come.

Yes, the early seasons of NJ were light hearted and fun but the struggles of life decided to make a guest appearance and never left.

This is far from a “ slam” however she’s right . Back in the day , the group ( Teresa , jac , Dina )was silly , got together , made it fun - Danielle S aside . IDGAF who likes Teresa or not - the darkness came with her brother and famewhore chasing wife - the end . Friendships and family destroyed , teams made to intentionally take Teresa down etc . Like gag me already . This is the truth

It got dark when these broads got too greedy for camera time and endorsement deals, just like the rest of the franchises. Ain’t a single one of them on ANY franchise got clean hands either. ? So while Teresa (due to her likely double digit IQ) comes across as gobsmackingly self unaware, she’s ? correct about the toxicity levels being untenable. Yes, she’s a heavy contributor, but she’s far from alone. However, the toxicity neither starts nor ends with these broads, all inclusive, but the amoral efforts and toxic environment production, Androoo and all things Bravo orchestrate, facilitate, encourage then reward. Take that out of the picture and MOST of these broads would play relatively nice. But Bravo is hellbent on toxicity because THAT is indicative of how that network rolls. And much like Teresa, Bravo, too, is not alone in that, just a most salient example. ?

It got dark when Teresa and Joe went to prison, and darker and toxic when Luis came on.
