Brit Eady Sues Bravo for $20 Million; Claims Sexual Harassment and Defamation

The drama on The Real Housewives of Atlanta just took a serious legal turn. Brit Eady, one of the Bravolebrities from the hit reality show, has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal, and its associated production companies, claiming the network “falsely yet unmistakably implied” she was featured in a sexually explicit poster handed out by Kenya Moore.

The incident stems from the June 2024 opening of the Kenya Moore Hair Spa, where Moore distributed promotional posters that appeared to show Eady “performing oral sex.” Although Brit Eady was not present at the salon opening, she reportedly “blew up about it when she found out.” The photo sparked instant backlash — and ultimately contributed to Moore being booted from the show.

In the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Brit Eady alleges the image amounted to a “gendered attack,” and says Bravo knowingly “contributed to a hostile work environment” by requiring her to return to work amid the scandal. She further accuses the network of subjecting her to “unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments,” which she claims constitute sexual harassment.

Eady’s lawsuit, filed Thursday, doesn’t just target Bravo. She also named NBCUniversal, Truly Original, and Endemol Shine North America — claiming the companies “knowingly misled the public.” Her legal team is going after them for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, and other serious charges.

Adding to the controversy, Bravo aired cast members’ reactions to the NSFW poster in an April episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 — something Eady is now demanding be taken down. She’s asking for “the immediate removal of the episode from public access,” in addition to at least $20 million in damages.

The same day the lawsuit was filed, Brit Eady took to social media to deny being the woman in the now-infamous image, telling fans she “was not the star of the NSFW posters.” She also confirmed she skipped the reunion episode, seemingly in protest of how the situation was handled.

Whether or not the lawsuit makes it to court, one thing is clear: this scandal is far from over — and it could reshape how reality TV networks handle cast controversies in the future.

I wouldn't be able to ID this woman in a lineup, but she sure is a spectacular looking woman. She should sue the sh out of Bravo/NBC, and I hope she collects a windfall.

I'm happy this will be the last we see of Brit, I find her nasally voice so annoying.

So during the episode following the showing of the posters she admitted that the girl in the poster was her and the photo was taken when she was blowing an ex boyfriend. Now she claims that it wasn't her? Either way she's a one and done.
