Andy Cohen Clears the Air on RHONJ Future Saying No Cast Updates Coming Anytime Soon

In today’s live episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy Cohen addressed a rumor that has been circulating about the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. During his chat with a caller, Cohen firmly stated that no decisions have been made yet regarding the cast or the show’s direction.

The caller kicked things off by referencing a report that had recently circulated, claiming that the future of the New Jersey cast had been decided. According to the rumor, only three cast members—Dolores Catania, Teresa Giudice, and Melissa Gorga—were “staying,” while the rest of the cast was set to be “fired.” To add fuel to the fire, the report also suggested that Teresa Giudice was going to be given her own spinoff show, leaving fans wondering if this was the final chapter for other Housewives. But as Andy Cohen pointed out, this information is nothing but speculation.

“I cannot stress this enough,” Andy Cohen said. “There is no information. Y’all are not going to hear anything for a while.”

The caller seemed unfazed by the uncertainty, sharing their view that internal decisions often find their way into the public eye before any official statements are made. This was something Cohen quickly addressed with a point of clarity.

“If you don’t see a source credited, if it says, ‘Inside sources say,’ or ‘We heard that,’ then it’s not true,” Cohen remarked. “If it says, ‘Bravo has announced,’ or ‘Andy said on his radio,’ then it is true. That’s what I will tell you. Don’t believe anything else.”

Cohen’s message was clear: rumors should be taken with a grain of salt until an official announcement is made by Bravo or him directly. With such a dedicated fanbase, the speculation surrounding The Real Housewives of New Jersey often reaches fever pitch, but Cohen encourages fans to wait for credible sources to weigh in before jumping to conclusions.

As always, fans can tune in to SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live for more updates, as Cohen continues to deliver inside scoops on all things pop culture and reality TV, Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. ET on Radio Andy (Ch. 102), or anytime on the SiriusXM app

Just read an interview with Tre and I totally agree with her regarding her brother, SIL and the Manzo family. I hope she can find some peace when it comes to her brother. He's a real piece of work. I've seen his type before. They're liars and they're weak.

So ridiculous at this point.

I'm at the point where they need to either bring on real friends/family with real connections, or stick a fork in it. Bringing in random strays to observe how they interact with each other is like watching a weird experiment in human behavior ... it's inauthentic and played out. This applies to the entire HW series.

Wasn't that the whole premise of what the show was supposed to be about? Wealthy mid-aged Karen's living their best lives and all connected/friends from the same demographic? Not a heap of washed-up failing actresses, or Bravo ticking off their DEI quota.

When this franchise was started , it was real friends, connections and family / family friends . It went dark when they brought the Gorga and wakile group on . Sorry not sorry / that was when downfall began and things were destroyed , then the teams began, the who can hurt who more began/ just ugly . Spiral spiral spiral

They should have also renamed the show when they started bringing on single (some never even married) women as full-time cast members. That, along with the fact that "Desperate Housewives" has long become just a faded memory.
