Jennifer Pedranti Responds to Emily Simpson’s Resentment Over Their Different Upbringings

Jennifer Pedranti is responding to Emily Simpson’s resentment over their different upbringings and updating viewers on where they stand.

Jennifer Pedranti, a standout on the show, has found herself explaining that her upbringing was simply different from that of Emily Simpson. In a candid statement on the Chanel in the City podcast, she emphasized that the contrast in their backgrounds isn’t something she could control, nor is it a reflection of any personal shortcomings on her part.

“With Emily, I still see a soul. I see pain, I see — I’m not her mom. I had, actually, a very opposite upbringing than she had. And she wants to be mad at me because I have love and I have support and all of the things she did not have, but that’s not my fault. And I think if Emily gave me a shot, what an amazing friend I would love to be to Emily.”

“I feel like she just needs to heal,” Jennifer added. “And instead of healing, she’s just lashing, and that’s not right. I feel like she’s acknowledging that she has growing to do there.”

Jennifer added that she still admires who Emily is as a wife and a mother. “I look up to her. I love her marriage; I love the mom that she is to those kids, and I feel empowered by Emily, and I think Emily’s open to self-work…” she continued. “I think Emily wants to grow as a person. I’m hopeful with Emily.”

Do you agree that Emily holds resentment towards Jennifer?
