Andy Cohen has stated several times that no one will know anything until the beginning of the year saying the show has been put on pause.
Melissa Gorga discussed the future of the show with PEOPLE saying, “Sometimes when we’re at dinner, we’ll speculate and say, what do you think? What do you think they’re going to do? I mean, we’d be lying if we said we didn’t, but at the end of the day we know all of us have zero control over it. So whatever is meant to be will be and that’s how it goes.”
Melissa has been enjoying the time off saying, “I’m enjoying just like working really hard at Envy right now. I never have this much time to get in there and do as much as I’ve been doing lately. We’ve really getting a lot of new brands in. So I’m taking the minute that I think the show needed, and I’m taking the time to spend time with my family and work hard on my other projects so I’m slightly enjoying it.”

And as expected, Melissa was asked about the status of her relationship with her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice. Melissa says, “There’s just no relationship, nothing has changed. It’s pretty much right where it was and I just think that’s how it’s got to be for a while.”

Back in August, Melissa said that if Bravo decided to bring back Teresa Giudice that RHONJ is no longer a show she wants to be on.
I don't recall Melissa ever giving this ultimatum (publicly) but if she did, I'm sure she's probably regretting it. However, I have heard Margaret say it repeatedly. There's not a doubt in my mind that Melissa and Teresa will eventually make amends.

This commercial is for Deadpool. It appears they offered the commercial to Melissa first and let's be honest Teresa's ego couldn't take that and that's why she turned it down. Teresa needs the money more than anyone else on that show, so much so that she has resorted to selling other people's fake designer goods on tick tock not to mention all the clickbait she has been posting.

OMG she's still talking? She will not be asked back on that show if Tre doesn't green light it. There is no show without Teresa Guidice. The Gorgas' only role on that show was as a foil to Teresa who refuses to be their story line any longer. If Bravo reboots then they'll have the same outcome as New York.

I mean yes she has her counterfeit label boutique that is also known for price gauging but it’s her’s ( after a huge lawsuit for ripping off original owner and investor )

I don't know what happened with the blue truck but it didn't seem like it was anything nefarious. I never heard anything about the Rolls-Royce or her daughters vehicle. I did however hear about Teresa's vehicle being "stolen" and there's a lot of speculation out there that Luis was behind it due to them being close to broke.
As for her boutiques she was caught one time, selling one fake label but she remedied that and her stores are successful. And that lawsuit with her partner, nothing ever came of it, because the partner was not telling the truth. Had she been she would have been awarded money but that never happened and never will. There is more to that lawsuit story that of course has not been presented on this site. Regardless, the fact remains that Melissa still owns two very successful boutiques, is on the deed to their two houses, and they own numerous rental properties. Hadn't heard anything about the price gouging either! If that was true they would have come after her just like they did for the fake Chanel.
Oh, and as far as I know Melissa and Joe do not owe the federal government hundreds of thousands of dollars like Teresa does, and the talk is that she's not been sticking to her payment plan with the government because she can't afford to right now. She's got to use that money instead to pay for vacations. Priorities! I think her skewed priorities are what got her in trouble with the law before.
And if I recall correctly and I know I do, Teresa has been the only one out of the entire cast that has come out and said she needs that Bravo paycheck.
