Mauricio Umansky was spotted packing on the PDA with his new girlfriend in Mexico hours after Netflix axed his reality TV show, Buying Beverly Hills.
TMZ reports that the real estate mogul was spotted on the beach at the One&Only Mandarina, Mexico, shirtless and walking around the beach with his bikini-clad girlfriend, Nakita Kahn.
The new couple walked along the shore before hopping into the ocean for a PDA-packed dip. In the water Mauricio Umansky and Nakita got very close and had their arms wrapped around each other while floating in the water.
As previously reported, Mauricio Umansky and 33-year-old Nakita Kahn were first photographed kissing in Mykonos, Greece in July.
This is Mauricio’s first public relationship since splitting from his wife, Kyle Richards, last year. The ex-RHOBH couple wed in 1996 but officially announced their separation in July 2023. They share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Mauricio is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
Mauricio’s PDA session came just hours after Netflix decided to pull the plug on Mauricio’s real estate reality TV show, Buying Beverly Hills, after two seasons.
Buying Beverly Hills followed Mauricio Umansky and his staff at The Agency as they navigated the cutthroat world of luxury real estate in Los Angeles.
The show debuted in 2022, and its second season aired in March of this year. While fans seemingly loved the show, Netflix decided to opt out of renewing it for a third season due to the cost.
According to Deadline, “the cancellation had to do with the viewing numbers versus the cost of production.”
