Tom Sandoval Drops Lawsuit Against Ariana Madix

Ariana Madix refuses to engage with Tom Sandoval in VPR finale episode

Vanderpump Rules OG Tom Sandoval drops his lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix: “In No Way Am I Suing Ariana”

On Wednesday, Tom Sandoval announced that he dropped his lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix only one day after his legal team filed the lawsuit. He also dropped removed attorney Matt Geragos from his legal team.

On Instagram, the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules star claimed Geragos advised him to file the “legal precaution” against Ariana. He also insisted that he was unaware the motion would be an actual new lawsuit against his ex.

Tom Sandoval wrote:

“Late Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana. He assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it. The words “New Lawsuit” or “Suing” were not articulated to me.”

I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter. Upon realizing what this action actually means, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team. In no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed. I hold no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana. Now, by removing both the Cross-Complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to get through this case quickly so that Ariana and I can both finally MOVE ON with our lives.”

As previously reported, Tom Sandoval sued his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix for accessing explicit videos of Raquel Leviss on his cellphone without his “authorization.”

Per court documents, the 40-year-old claimed that Ariana Madix “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023, and viewed videos of him and Raquel without his “authorization or permission.”

He alleged that his 38-year-old ex “made copies” of the video and sent it to “Leviss and third parties” without his consent.

The video drama played out on the Vanderpump Rules season 10 finale when, after nearly a decade of dating, Ariana discovered sexual videos of Racquel on Tom’s phone, thus exposing Tom and Racquel’s nearly year-long affair. As a result, Ariana called it quits with Tom, who went on to briefly date Racquel before breaking up in May 2023.

As soon as I heard he sued her I went straight to Schwartz and Sandys yelp page to read what I knew would be entertaining comments... I was not disappointed...

Another lay person thinking he knows more than his attorney. But then, Tom has never been the brightest bulb in the box. His need to appear to be Mr. Nice-Guy has clearly clouded any legal sense he might have had, assuming he had any.

Tom knows he's the most hated, doesn't need more lawyer "help" for that. LOL.
