Shannon Beador teases a split RHOC cast for the season 18 trips, while Kelly Dodd calls out Tamra Judge’s shady response.
On July 5, Shannon Beador appeared on SiriusXM radio show Jeff Lewis Live to discuss the upcoming season of RHOC.
To start, Jeff Lewis revealed that RHOC season 18 features four cast trips as the OC Housewives go to London, Samona, Big Bear, and Palm Springs.
Shannon then revealed that one cast trip was split.
“One cast trip was split: half the people went to Big Bear, half went to Palm Springs. Because as one can imagine, there’s certain people on the cast that I wasn’t super excited about filming with or traveling with,” she revealed.
One group, consisting of Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Heather Dubrow, went to Palm Springs, while Tamra Judge, Alexis Bellino, Katie Ginella, and Jennifer Pedranti went to Big Bear.
Shannon then kicked herself for revealing said information, noting she is a “rule follower.”
“Am I going to get in trouble? I’m a rule follower. Gosh,” Shannon lamented.
When asked which co-stars Shannon is still friends with after filming season 18, the 60-year-old vaguely replied, “Some people. I don’t think I should [say who] because there’s stuff that happens, especially in the first episode, that’s really nice. Let’s just put it this way: I am friendly with some of the cast. And some I don’t speak to at all.”
As Shannon’s comment about being a rule follower went around social media, her RHOC co-star Tamra Judge weighed in.
“The rule follower who crashed her car into a house three times the legal limit. Okay,” Tamra wrote on social media alongside several eye-rolling emojis.
While Shannon has yet to react to Tamra’s shady comment, her friend Kelly Dodd weighed in on Tamra’s mean comment and wondered if Bravo would fine the RHOC star.
“Wonder if @bravotv WILL FINE TAMRA FOR THIS!! They should… they charged me $15k.Tamrat is so mean. Who wants to watch these ladies? I’m not watching this,” Kelly wrote.
Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres on Bravo Thursday, July 11, at 9 p.m. ET.
