Brandi Glanville threatens to sue Bravo over “uncontrollable stress” from the RHUGT drama with Caroline Manzo, which has prevented her from working.
The 51-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum took to social media on Tuesday, July 2, to announce that she is considering taking legal action against Bravo.
“I’ve been left no choice but to sue Bravo,” she wrote via X. “This stress has ruined my health. I have uncontrollable stress induced angio-edema I haven’t worked for a year … to [sic] depressed to do my podcast.”
Brandi also claimed she is “being used as a fallguy” and said she has “receipts 4days” regarding the matter. The 51-year-old said she was also “to [sic] swollen 4cameo or OF [Only Fans].”
The RHOBH alum continued:
“I read that I wasn’t [punished] 4 the false allegations in Morocco. I was fired, removed from the cast [was] held hostage in a hotel in Morocco for days! The cast rallied on my side & didn’t want to continue without me. Cuz of the bad untrue press, I’ve been canceled from all jobs.”
“I WANT SO DESPERATELY TO TWEET ALL OF MY RECEIPTS, BUT MY LAWYERS WON’T LET ME. I DO APPRECIATE ALL OF UR SUPPORT MORE THAN YOU KNOW. MY CAST FROM MOROCO HAS BEEN SO AMAZING AND SUPPORTIVE & I LOVE THOSE GALS!” Brandi added.
This announcement comes after a tumultuous time for the reality TV star, who has been accused of sexually harassing Caroline Manzo during the January 2023 filming of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco.
In January 2024, Caroline Manzo, 62, filed a lawsuit against Bravo and its production companies over the alleged “traumatic” incident. The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG alleges that a “clearly intoxicated” Brandi kissed and groped her without consent.
Then, in April 2024, RHUGT executive producer Lisa Shannon responded to Caroline’s lawsuit and insisted that the former RHONJ star “told us that she did not feel sexually violated, she felt ‘disrespected’ by Glanville.”
Brandi has maintained her innocence amid the allegations.
It’s still unclear if Bravo will air the Morocco installment of RHUGT. Some have claimed that Bravo has tabled airing the season while others insist no official decisions have been made.
