A new report sheds light on the recently canceled RHONJ season 14 reunion and alleges that Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are holding the show “hostage” with their feud.

A Bravo insider claims that Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga‘s estrangement is to blame for the recently canceled RHONJ season 14 reunion.

“The reunion is supposed to be about resolution and it’s clear there’s no resolving any issues between the women,” a source told Us Weekly. “There is no wrap-up in a bow and it’s not going to happen.”

“Teresa and Melissa are holding the show hostage,” the insider continued. “Everyone has been forced to choose sides and not have any real interaction.”

Meanwhile, another source says Bravo is looking into alternative ways to conclude season 14 of RHONJ.

“A dramatic all-cast dinner in the season finale will make it clear to the audience that there is no path forward in a reunion setting,” the second source shared.

One potential idea is a final interview among the show’s ladies. Season 14 of RHONJ currently stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Rachel Fuda, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jackie Goldschneider, Danielle Cabral, and Jennifer Fessler.

As AllAboutTRH EXCLUSIVELY reported on Saturday, June 1, Bravo has canceled the RHONJ season 14 reunion.

The cancelation comes as the hit Bravo show has drastically declined in ratings in the last four episodes. Our inside sources reveal why this decision was made, saying, “The reunion is all about resolution, and there is so much divide amongst the cast that Bravo feels like they would be wasting everyone’s time filming a reunion that would mirror season 13’s reunion.”

“Sadly, the cast have been so divided with many refusing to film with each other that Bravo thinks it best to take a long pause on Jersey,” our inside source admits.

The reunion was set for June 27th, but production notified each RHONJ cast member that it had been canceled.

Our sources reveal that all of the ladies are in complete shock and are worried that they will be fired.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Sundays at 8 pm on Bravo.

Teresa isn’t holding the show hostage. She’s not to speaking to ONE (1) cast member. Magoo and Bravolover 1234 are not speaking to Teresa and are giving Jenn Fessler and Jackie a hard time for talking to Teresa but I don’t see Teresa getting mad at Jen Aydin and Danielle for being friends with those basic bitches.

Since when is a reunion supposed to be about "resolution"? Reunions are expected to be raucous and chaotic screaming matches as these trained seals drudge up and relive all the drama that aired throughout the season. We've all heard the bitching and moaning about the grueling 15 hr. day often described as "going to battle" ... which is why they are paid so handsomely.

I'm tired of the "I've heard this rumor from a blogger" and bringing it onto the show, I miss the actual interaction between the girls and slide comments that causes drama. I do not care about some hairdresser and bringing them onto the show. NJ has def lost its way.

I don’t think Tre asked anyone to choose “sides.” That was Marge. She doesn’t want Fessler to talk to Tre Because Fessler is “marge’s friend.” Rachel also is mad that Fessler speaks to Tre-she says it “hurts” her! Looks like Melissa saw the writing on the wall and tried to make nice with Jen Aydin before the end of the season, just in case the rumors were true about who stays and who goes, and it was obviously not sincere judging by her comments to the girls shortly after the meeting. Teresa was willing to meet with the Fudas, and even apologized to John to get things back on track, but when she asked for an apology from JOhn, that was the end of that! The Fudas obviously came in bad faith and had no intention of making nice. Two phony Fudas. Melissa is a bit player in all this as usual, standing on the side away from Teresa because she’s never liked her and came on the show, as did her husband, to ‘take down Tre.’ I hope Andy can see that Teresa has put up with this hatred since the Gorgas first came on the show, and still given good tv. Get rid of Marge, Melissa and Rachel and see how much FUN the show could be. Or does Marge have sh*t on Andy too?

A cancelled Reunion = A cancelled Show (see RHONY as proof). A long pause to follow, then a partial reBOOT, as New RHONY FULL reBOOT never worked completely with fans. The new cast will somehow fit with three old cast, who still have stories to tell. Mellissa, Marge, Jen A will be cut as their rehearsed storylines have come to an end. There's always UGT and Traitors for some of them. Can't deny a reBOOT, it is written. Let's hope its grounded in an old foundation with new life to keep it moving along together.

This story is just a repeat of something from last week. The only person holding anyone hostage is Margaret Joseph who demanded that cast members choose "teams". She's a vicious gossip who is so jealous of Teresa that she will stop at nothing to get at her even if it means losing her job. Which she hopefully will. Melissa has always been in a supporting role. Teresa is the star.
