Rachel Fuda Thinks RHONJ Needs Casting Shakeup For S15; Calls Teresa Giudice a ‘Bad Apple’

Rachel Fuda wants Teresa Giudice gone from RHONJ amid rumors of a casting shakeup for season 15.

It’s no secret that Rachel Fuda and her husband, John Fuda, have a major beef with Teresa Giudice. This beef stems from the RHONJ season 13 reunion, which is when they accused the OG Housewife and her husband, Louie Ruelas, of hiring a private investigator to dig into John’s shady past and contact his ex, who has been in and out of jail.

Going into season 14 of RHONJ, Rachel and John took shots at Teresa in the press and on social media. Rachel cut Teresa out of the season 14 cast photo when she promoted the new season on Instagram. On the other hand, John called Teresa a “has been.”

John Fuda thinks Teresa Giudice’s time on RHONJ has run its course

During the season 14 premiere, Teresa’s feud with the Fudas intensified when she repeated a rumor claiming that John Fuda was the “biggest drug dealer in Bergen County” at Jennifer Fessler’s birthday party.

The drama between these two Bravo couples is expected to reach a fever pitch throughout season 14.

That said, Rachel hopes she won’t have to deal with Teresa on the Real Housewives of New Jersey much longer despite the OG being the franchise’s longest-running cast member.

While chatting with Distractify, Rachel dubbed Teresa a “bad apple” and insinuated that she’s the one impacting the cast’s relationships.

“I don’t even think it’s a question of if there should be,” she said.

According to the 33-year-old, Bravo should consider bringing “new apples” into the mix for season 15.

“I think it’s needed,” she added.

RHONJ season 14 cast!

Andy Cohen recently teased that a major casting shakeup for season 15 is in the works.

A few weeks back,  Entertainment Tonight’s Brice Sander appeared on the Gabbing With Gib podcast, where he reported that Andy Cohen said the zero interactions or communication between RHONJ stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Margaret Josephs throughout season 14 will NOT work for future seasons of the series.

The Watch What Happens Live host later clarified his comments on Sirius XM’s Andy Cohen Live:

“Want to clear something up or want to add to a comment that I made that has made some news this week and I don’t know when I said it, but apparently, I said it to Brice from Entertainment Tonight, and I don’t know when. I haven’t seen him since BravoCon, I don’t think. Apparently, I told him and it got picked up all over the place that Jersey, the idea of having both Melissa and Theresa on the show, that it’s not sustainable because they’re not speaking and there are kind of two camps on the show. What I want to clarify is that I maintain that statement.”

“It isn’t a sustainable universe to have kind of two camps on the show and I think you see that with Potomac this season and why a lot of viewers, including me, were frustrated with it, but I will say this. It somehow worked this season. We got through the season and it worked and it’s interesting and as I think you see from the trailer, the season is not about Melissa versus Teresa and I think that’s great, yet they’re both still on the show and we want to see them on the show.”

Andy concluded by saying while the divide among the RHONJ cast worked this season – it won’t work in the future:

“They’re both, you know, they’re both stars, and they’ve been on the show, you know, forever, so it worked this season, but I stand by what I’m saying that for the future, it’s not sustainable. I don’t want you to think that what I said was a condemnation on this season.”

RHONJ airs on Sundays at 8 pm on Bravo.

I definitely will re-think tuning in if Teresa is gone. Like or hate her, she IS Jersey.

Speaking of shakeup's it sure is quiet in here without all the usual troublemakers … we won’t name names .

Rachel, do the world a favor & go lick a down power line.

Well, the ratings started off low this season and have continued to drop with each episode. Sunday night's episode was the lowest rated episode in the shows history. They're all toast after this season, even the one that thinks she's the queen.

Rachel better be careful what she wishes for, because if anyone goes, I think it's going to be her and the other Teresa haters.
Enigma Wrapped in Lawsuits May 23, 2024 - 10:21 pm
I don't know about that ... pushing the 15 yr. mark, I don't think anyone is safe.
Jasmine May 25, 2024 - 7:14 pm
In this instance, they either keep Theresa or totally re-cast the whole show. The extire cast has no other storyline, but what Theresa is doing. The exception is Delores and Jenn A. Delores is a little boring IMO, however, she's needed as a constant, and Jenn has brought her personal issues as well as showing that she's not shy at causing drama. Theresa and her marriage, the reported financial issues and her podcast are all potential storylines to add to her well proven ability to cause trouble. She's not likely to be cut anytime soon.

Probably not ... it would appear Teresa is one of those chosen few (like Kyle) who is there until SHE wants to leave, and I think the Gorgas know that more than anyone.
Jasmine May 26, 2024 - 4:44 am
I think that the Gorgas get too much credit. They are as shady or more, than Theresa. Yet they are never held accountable.
Enigma Wrapped in Lawsuits May 26, 2024 - 4:22 pm
I never sensed any shade from the Gorgas, but I'm sure they haven't been guiltless over the years. Joining the show behind her back was a biggie, but considering how things all turned out, a normal person would have let it go by now. So ultimately, I suspect the blame has to be put on Teresa; mainly because she has demonstrated countless times how she does not let go. It's an Italian thing:-)

There have been numerous times that Melissa specifically has played the victim and perpetuated a situation. Her family trashes Theresa regularly on social media and Melissa says nothing. The stunt about her posting right at the time of her wedding...that was shady. There was no reason for them not to go to the wedding other than being butt hurt that Melissa wasn't given a more prominent place in the lineup. She makes little passive aggressive statements all the time and regularly eggs Joe on which she knows will lead to him losing his temper.
Enigma Wrapped in Lawsuits May 27, 2024 - 3:44 pm
It's all immature BS ... and nothing that they can't work out. Being Italian, I can relate to this "fambly loyalty" stuff, but there ARE limits to my loyalty. I have cut off members of my family (emotionally), but I keep it to myself and remain cordial ... and IMO, that's what Teresa and Joe need to do. I suspect that eventually the next generation is going to step in.

I have to totally agree and I honestly believe that they may have been able to get to a point where they would be able to tolerate each other if not actually get along....had they not been on this show. Social media, co-stars, producers and wannabes, have all continued to hype up and exacerbate this already disfunctional sibling relationship. Not to mention the already inflated ego of each and every cast member....
holy cannoli May 22, 2024 - 2:27 pm
This wannabe somebody really thinks she’s something!?????? Stfu girl. You just got here!!

Tell it for the cheap seats, Rachel! Fuda over Felon.
Shaunna May 22, 2024 - 12:41 pm
The Fuda's are not doing themselves any favors. I actually thought Rachel was a tad bit smarter than that, how can she not see that Marge and Melissa are using her to push their agenda? She really is being their mouthpiece and not in a solid position to say anything about who should go. Marge is going to kick Rachel to the curb after she does her dirty work and Melissa will be sitting there with that tired smirk on her face. Marge, Melissa, Rachel and Danielle can go kick rocks, just go....
Teeje651 May 22, 2024 - 8:27 am
Not worried. Already know that Bravo will not get rid of the show’s breadwinner, Teresa. Excluding Messy, Teresa makes more in one season than the other 5 main cast members combined. Messy, Magoo, and Bravolover1234 are too boring to watch and if Teresa is off the show, what will their storylines be? Target Jen Aydin next? The show won’t last without Teresa.
Shy Sea May 22, 2024 - 11:22 am
Rachel needs to take a seat & STHU! She's not helping the franchise with her "I hate Teresa," interviews. The Fudas hurt the franchise because of how annoying & unlikable they are! Their storyline is BS & has been proven it was a Sun reporter who got into contact with John's ex.
Cat Can May 22, 2024 - 10:10 am
Rachel icing people out when she has been on the show 1 season only (!!!) shows how much of a huge ego she has. I barely even know who the Fuda’s are, yet they are both trying to act heavy handed and bossy by trying to force Jen Fessler and Paulie to toe the line. Real Housewives is an ensemble cast, that’s how the show works. I can understand why Teresa and Melissa are not speaking, but that’s is over a decade of fighting so the history of that is clear. But the rest of them?? Do they think this is their own personal spin off? Has the name of the show changed from RHONJ to Fuda’s and friends??? I have no interest in the latter. It’s their job to interact and talk with each other……even the one’s they don’t like. That is Housewives 101.

They're either arrogant or staggeringly naïve. Or maybe just really stupid. All the attention has gone to their head and seriously impaired their judgement.
Jasmine May 25, 2024 - 7:06 pm
They need to film the part when the Fudas are told exactly where they stand in the pecking order by Bravo. Now that would be 'must see tv!' https://media1.giphy.com/media/Fn7q3cMgPZmqk/giphy-downsized-small.mp4

Does Rachel not realize that if there’s a major casting shake up, she will be first to go lol.
Jen NYC May 22, 2024 - 11:20 pm
I’m hoping they all go. Clean house, reboot or remove completely.
Zap It May 22, 2024 - 9:25 am
This chick has been on the show for two seasons and she and her thug husband are telling Bravo what to do?????? The arrogance is staggering.
Mary May 22, 2024 - 8:26 am
The New Girl thinks so?? LOL...Hush, Rachel, fix your nose. Yes, Teresa needs to go....but that's the only improvement the show needs.
