Over the weekend, Taylor Swift and the Real Housewives of New Jersey star turned heads after they were spotted together at Coachella in Indio, California on Saturday night.

The songstress and Bravoleb beamed with large smiles as they posed together for a photo, which Teresa’s husband, Louie Ruelas shared on Instagram.

“Two absolute QUEENS, Taylor Swift and my stunning wife @teresagiudice #girlpower #queens #blessed,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband captioned the pic.

The RHONJ star and pop star at Coachella.

The 34-year-old looked stunning while wearing a green “New Heights” baseball cap in support of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. She paired the cap with a black leather jacket.

Teresa, on the other hand, styled a neon pink one-piece swimsuit with a white fishnet coverup and pink cowboy hat with silver sequin stars embellished on it.

OT: This is an (mild) excerpt from a court document where Luis admits to many problems in Feb 2020 before Vanessa canceled their wedding.(The court document was filed 4/22/2020)--- ".......I am also a liar. I can create a story in split seconds and convince everyone around me that it is true, I lie to her and to myself. I am not a good listener and behave like a child when I do not get what I want. I know I'm probably over-dramatizing the situation because it seems like Milania turned out OK (at least so far), but is idolizing and emulating the rap thugs really anything any parent should want for their teenager? IMHO, the genre' has absolutely poisoned ALL cultures. It's a tragedy that kids don't even know who Diana Ross or Aretha Franklin is, but could recite every filthy word of a Nicki Minaj or Cardi B "song".

I’m pretty sure Taylor Swift know who Teresa is. Beyoncé knew Kenya, Rihanna knows Teresa (she said she would be a mother like Teresa), Nicki knew Potomac. I just don’t see Teresa as, “can we take a picture” and if she did I don’t see her posting it on Instagram. But I could be wrong.

Swift is loyal to her fans but if you follow her feuds as with Kanye, Kardashian, Katy Perry etc...she is a formidable enemy. She knows who Teresa Guidice is. Most of these celebs watch Reality and they love it! She wouldn't take a picture with Teresa if she didn't like her. It's a great picture. They're not bosom buddies. Everyone is just having a good time. ?

Is that why Luis took out a loan on the house last month (3/2024) for a million dollars? To pay it for her finally? Ha ha ha ha Source: Morris Co website, 3 documents: one dated 3/19/2024 and two dated 3/25/2024. It has the entire mortgage document and the name of the mortgagee.

I assume Luis did or he couldn't have put it in an LLC. That would not be "they", though, since she really didn't know him that well prior to Jan 2021 and her name is not involved with the LLC. Not like she has any extra cash. They made up the story to save face for her later on take her four daughters and shacking up with some sleaze she barely knew. I think he probably fed her that line so she believes she has some ownership because she is stupid. However does she know he just took a million from the house last month?!!! To confirm, on the document he signed as "sole member" of the LLC. I knew all along she owned no part of it and so did you. So now he doesn't own $1,000,000 of the house/ LLC either. Whose side will you be on in the divorce?

If it’s an investment property you may not want it to come from your existing Capital. You may want your real estate accounting and it’s profits & losses separate from your other investments. And again, if it’s all Louie’s house he doesn’t need to tell Teresa anything.

I googled "morris county nj property search". Do you know the name of the property you are searching for? "It Happened on Bay Boulevard" is the LLC. Surely you know every county has something similar. Have fun. So Luis owns a house he paid 2.35 million for and Mark Johnson LLC in Florida owns 1 million of it when it sells. Teresa still owns nothing, property wise.

Have you thought about them buying a second home, investment property, or investment business? This site allabouttrh produces sources (in the form of links), I've produced sources (in the form of links and would produce one of anything you've asked me to. Now why do you think you're different? Also you're not being specific into which counties the price of the home coincides with, nor your theory of what it's being used for. This is why I said you're excited.

If your comprehension or short term memory weren't so messed up, you wouldn't ask because all along I've said she'll be broke when she is fired and/or the divorce starts. If someone paid their taxes, after taxes money for $1.1 million a year wouldn't last long with all those vacations, etc. Since her husband is basically unemployed and spends as bad as she does, it isn't going to last. Thus the reason he took out a $1,000,000 loan on the house.

BS. No he doesn't take care of his former wife or the son he said she had custody of 4 years ago. Child support generally doesn't go beyond age 18 and the oldest is way beyond that. The other son does not work for Vinivia. He is just "co-founder of Men of Legacy" and not long ago he claimed to have an intern job for DMS but not now. He is not in college and unemployed, too.

One house minus a million dollars of its value! He isn't buying any of those cars. He bought some regular one for Teresa way back and it got repossessed most likely and not stolen as claimed. He no longer works a 9-5 and he is dependent on Teresa's income. (What third world country are you from to say people don't pay cash for a house working a 9-5?) Teresa doesn't work a 9-5 and will not be able to afford much of a house when bravo fires her. She'll probably ended up filing for bankruptcy again because she is such a low life.

He paid for the second one before the first one was sold. He certainly bought or leased the Bentley, he’s had it for two years so we’re going to assume the same for the Maserati. As far as Teresa’s car her replacement after her Mercedes was stolen was the brand new Maserati. That’s the vehicle she got pulled over in. He was an EVP, he never worked a 9-5. And again if you pay cash for a multi million dollar home, you don’t need anyone else’s money. Why is that concept so hard for you to understand. Two plus two gets you four okay. People with a 9-5 pay cash for a house, but people don’t pay for cash without either a 9-5 or as irregular hours. People do it everyday. We need to See her portfolio to make an accurate decision on her finances. Only in third world countries do we guess people’s bank accounts.

Oh, I didn't know that and come to find out, that fraudulent bankruptcy filing is actually what led the law to all their other crimes and landed them in prison. They didn't retract it in time not to have "bankruptcy fraud" be one of the charges they were convicted for. Good catch. He said that he was starting a company, he never said when. Also asking a person a question isn’t cornering them. And he also had another company called REVOLVE that he never promoted. If he can do it with that company then he can do the same with others, either being a partner, owner, or investor. You have absolutely no idea what his affiliation with the company is so at this point we’re going to assume investor from what we’ve seen so far, & I’ll read it as soon as you point directly to it, instead of walking me through three steps.
