Is it the same "source" as the one not quoted or identified in the other 50 articles (this year) that also say nothing? They aren't even separated, physically OR legally!

This might improve things with Kathy, as long as the improvement serves Kyle's need. When another estrangement from her i serves Kyle's needs better, there will be another estrangement.

Despite Kyle's passive/aggressive attitude, I think she knows there is no going back, and considering what's at stake, I'm quite sure she's been in contact with (a team of) divorce lawyers for quite some time now.
