RHOBH: Dorit Exposes Kyle’s ‘Manipulative’ Text Message

RHOBH's Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley discuss how their friendship issues come to a head at season 13 reunion

In a preview for part one of the RHOBH reunion, Dorit Kemsley reveals Kyle Richards’ long text message and claims the “manipulative” message was meant to “silence her.”

In a clip from part one of the upcoming RHOBH season 13 reunion, Dorit Kemsley exposes Kyle Richards‘ lengthy, “manipulative” text message to her ahead of filming the dramatic cast sit down.

“There’s stuff with Kyle and I that’s going on and it hurts and bothers me the most,” Dorit told RHOBH co-star Erika Jayne in the preview. “I haven’t heard from her in a couple of months. Then, she sends me a text yesterday, basically trying to silence me. It was so manipulative, it was so calculated.”

The very long text message then appears on screen. The text message starts off with Kyle admitting that she’s been “trying to reach out” as it “bothers” her that they’re in a “weird place” since filming for season 13 wrapped.

“Of course some interview comments hurt my feelings and created more issues for me but I am used to that and could get past it in time,” Kyle wrote. The RHOBH OG also noted that she “reminded herself” that Dorit was unaware of what she was going through with her husband Mauricio Umansky at the time.

Kyle then told Dorit that she loves her, her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, and their kids, Phoenix and Jagger, and doesn’t want to “lose someone else in [her] life over a TV show.”

“They don’t even know we are going through a hard time so I don’t see the need to bring it up there,” Kyle noted. “I should have said something sooner but I honestly haven’t been strong enough. But relationships and YOU are more important to me than RHOBH.”

The OG concludes her message by asking Dorit if she’d like to meet up and talk, adding that she’s unsure how much longer she can handle being on RHOBH.

“It’s so toxic and creates so much anxiety for me,” Kyle explained.

Dorit reads the text message to Erika, who agrees that she “would feel manipulated” too.

The mom of two then quips that “fair is fair” and that she doesn’t have any issue with discussing her issues with Kyle on air at the reunion.

Kyle and Dorit’s friendship seemed to crumble throughout season 13 amid the RHOBH OGs budding friendship with country singer Morgan Wade. Dorit expressed that she felt replaced by Morgan while Kyle insisted that Dorit “exaggerated” the closeness of their friendship outside of RHOBH.

I can't believe anyone would ever think that sweet, unassuming, attention craving, sh*t stirring Kyle was manipulative! Of course, Dorit would never be manipulative either!

I likes Dorit but she’s a POS for sharing this this. She’s shitting on her “best friend” who’s going through the roughest time in her life. GFY Dorit.

Agreed. Just proves that Dorit is more interested in keeping her job than a friendship with Kyle.

I read the text and at first it seems so heartfelt but I guess in the world of reality TV it's considered "manipulative".

They ALL leak to the media, but a text is manipulative. Ridiculous. Fair is fair. Fox Force now down another. . .And then there's three. Reboot reboot.
