Brynn Whitfield is up for anything when it comes to season 15 of RHONY, including Bravo, meshing the cast with some Legacy cast members.
The Real Housewives of New York star is “open to anything” when it comes to gossip that Bravo is planning to reunite the OGs with some of the new New York Housewives for season 15.
“Whatever’s going to give New York the best show, I’m all for it,” the 37-year-old told Us Weekly.
“I’ve heard those rumors,” the RHONY newbie continued, adding that she would be down to film with anyone, including the OGs or any new cast members. “The point of this is not to make Brynn Whitfield happy; it’s to make the fans happy. Let’s do New York justice.”
“If they don’t bring up the other girls, I feel like I’m still getting my fix,” she continued. “You don’t have to put them on if we come back, but just keep giving them shows.”
While Brynn may be down to film with OG New York Housewives, her co-star Erin Lichy isn’t down with the idea of meshing the old with the new.
Erin addressed the rumors that Bravo is planning on meshing the new cast with a few former RHONY cast members to give fans the best of both worlds while chatting with Access Hollywood.
According to Erin, the mash-up doesn’t make much sense to her.
“I could tell you that we’re not like joining forces with (RHONY) Legacy. It’s not happening,” Erin claimed, adding, “I don’t think it makes sense because the other thing is if it’s going to be us and them, it’s going to feel like two separate groups that are like almost battling each other, you know?”
Brynn made her Bravo debut when season 14 of RHONY premiered in July 2023. She, along with co-stars Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, and Jessel Taank, were introduced as the new – New York.
When it comes to details about season 15 of RHONY, Brynn jokes that she’s “in a situationship with Bravo” right now.
“I don’t know where I stand — but I know they’re interested — but I don’t know exactly,” she said. “I don’t have details. I’m waiting for them to text me.”
As for where her friendships stand with the rest of the RHONY cast, Brynn says she has seen Sai “twice in the group setting” since filming the season 14 reunion in October 2023.
“It was hard for us, too, filming. When you have filming, it changes things, and then your friendship is kind of put through something different,” Brynn said
“Ubah and I are cool,” Brynn added. She also hinted about the possibility of Jenna returning for season 15.
“I truly don’t know. But I’m hopeful that everyone’s back,” she said. “It works. And we’re truly friends, and I’m hopeful. We’re just going to have to wait and see.”
It’s unclear when the Real Housewives of New York will return for season 15 or when filming will begin. RHONY Legacy is currently airing on Peacock.
