RHONJ’s Jennifer Aydin isn’t backing down from her comments about a fan at BravoCon despite being called out for body-shaming & misgendering.

Jennifer Aydin isn’t apologizing for losing her cool at BravoCon in Las Vegas.

On Sunday, during part two of the Real Housewives of New Jersey panel, Jennifer Aydin clapped back at a shady fan who asked her: “Do you think you could crawl any further up Teresa Giudice’s ass?”

The 46-year-old jumped up and schooled the RHONJ fan on what it means to have “good friends” while repeatedly referring to the woman, who was dressed in a baseball cap and oversized sweatshirt, as “big boy.”

After Jennifer’s interaction with the Bravo fan went viral on social media, some fans slammed Jennifer for body-shaming and misgendering said fan.

“We gonna ignore Jennifer body shaming & misgendering the fan?” one fan commented.

“And you’re defending their behavior like that? Teresa calling a fan big boy? You think that’s right?” a second fan wrote.

“THE FAN DISRESPECTS HER? Jennifer called her “big boy.” Snapping back about someone’s weight is a low blow and so uninteresting and not clever,” a third fan quipped.

“To call her a big boy was just shows how Jen is mean,” a fifth fan commented, while another added: “She definitely didn’t need to comment on her weight – so childish.”

Now, Jennifer Aydin is doubling down on her comments at BravoCon.

On Twitter, one fan called out Jennifer, tweeting:

“Soooo @JenniferAydin … wondering what you’d do if a kid called one of your daughters a “BIG BOY with a big mouth?” ??? Body shaming and knowingly calling them [the] wrong gender. How would you feel? #BravoCon.”

The RHONJ star stood behind her behavior and explained:

“My daughters would never start with something rude, and if they did, [they] would deserve a response- & they know that. You can’t be rude to someone and then be shocked when they say something rude back. Actions have consequences.”

She continued, “Disappointed that they said something so rude and that they deserved it. That’s exactly how I feel. Bad behavior has repercussions. So Live and learn and just Be Nice!”

The mom of five went on to say, “I took time away from my precious family to go to Vegas so I can be with all the amazing fans-to hug, engage & encourage them -to spread love, not hate. So, I won’t take negativity from anyone w/out giving it back. Don’t come 4 me unless you wanna come back from me.”

So a fan is allowed to be rude and disrespectful and the HW'S aren't? I don't blame Jennifer for saying what she said. Couldve been worse. Calling a person big boy with a big mouth is hardly body shaming anyway. Seems to me she meant it in a way to say the fan thought she was "big" to be able to stand up and insult a HW and try to embarrass her. I dont blame Jen for clapping back.

I thought Jenn called that person BB because of how they were dressed. I could be wrong but BB wore a humongous, dirty looking hoodie that went down to their thighs and a baseball cap. That's something a guy would wear. The Tre/Jen haters take no pride in their appearance and seem to lack intelligence. They're slobs! Roxanne & Shantel looked so nice. They showed Bravocon that Teresa's Tre-hugger fans are descent, respectful, and take pride in their appearance!

No. She called her big to insult her and called her boy to insult her. Then she said, referring to her, "The whale waddled out" which shows not only is Jennifer mean but really dumb because a whale can't waddle! If that had been a professional convention, trade show or something other than a trashy TV network convention, that would have been very rude. However, even Andy said he asks questions like that so for the situation, it wasn't as bad or rude as it would have been anywhere else. She wasn't being literal! Doesn't matter because Gabby from Philly is turning it into something positive while Jennifer is still reprehensible.

Have you ever insulted someone? You pick out traits that you can make fun of and there was certainly a lot to play with. The woman was fat and sloppy looking, stood up and asked a Q guaranteed to insult Jennifer AND Teresa at the same time. I don’t think she expected a polite answer and she got what she wanted.

The people that attended that event were customers and Jennifer is the employee of the company the customers gave money to. For that reason alone she was wrong but she is trash so not a surprise.

So if someone pays you, they can be as disrespectful as they want to you? The person wanted to get popular for going after Jen, and trying to be a badass. Guess what you never know the boundries of others. Why pay that kind of money, to act that way, seems hella privilege to me.

No and all she had to do was stay in her seat and answer the question. She could let it be known she didn't appreciate the crude way the question was asked but it was still an appropriate question. In reality, Jennifer talks vulgar regularly so to ask it that way might seem normal. She chose to get up and get aggressive with her NJ hoodlum accent (she always does when she is drunk or obnoxious, too) and name call because she is low class trash. The issue is Jennifer because she is the one there getting paid. So she gets away with her bad behavior and rewarded for it, too? Oh well, so does her mentor. It is trashy TV, after all. One day she may have consequences. :)

I missed the part where Jennifer was called a drug addict, bad mom and fat shamed by the woman.... Jennifer, whose only job before bravo (4 months a year) was spending money. She has never worked full time as far as we know as an adult. She bragged about 3 nannies, 2 tutors and I forget how many housekeepers, etc, her first season. SHE IS grossly privileged and that is part of her problem because she thinks that will make her happy. Yet with all that wealth she still behaves like trash and she is miserable. She is in a loveless marriage and no matter how much she humiliates her husband on TV, it isn't going to change, IMO. She is desperate to stay on bravo and has exploited the majority of her family on camera for attention. Now her "narrative" is speaking for Teresa and defending the indefensible. I agree she is not a good mom. In fact I'd even say she is a bad mom as far as portraying her trashy self on TV with 5 kids at home. However, the bravocon discussion is silly because it is typical for Jennifer to show herself as trash and no reason for anyone to expect different.

Ok if you "missed" jen being called those things. You have not watch. SO what again input on somthing YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT .. except to parrot TRE and JEN are toxic and mean.. Sounds to me like you might be jelly that she has money. Money does not make the world a better place, being a good person does.

While I do agree that Jennifer’s reply to this rude woman’s comments were not necessary. She really needed to handle it differently. Not come back, just as mean. Not cool. I will say though , that in my opinion some of these “ fans” of any of these housewives and or any person on these bravo shows can be really nasty, saying stuff to these people, booing whatever. Not cool .
