It looks like the entire Biermann family is having some major issues paying their bills. Brielle Biermann is now being sued over an unpaid credit card.
TMZ reports that American Express is hounding Brielle Biermann over an unpaid $12,870.25 balance. The credit card company claims Kim Zolciak‘s 26-year-old daughter has failed to pay the minimum balance on her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card for several months.
After numerous attempts to get Brielle Biermann to settle up her outstanding bill, the credit card company is taking her to court to get the full balance plus court fees.
Oddly enough, the news of Brielle failing to pay her bills comes just months after she boasted about having “a lot” of money in a viral TikTok.
In February, Brielle told TikToker Cody Premer, “Money is like Monopoly money – it comes and goes,” before boasting about owning four businesses.
“I own four companies and was on TV for like ten years,” Brielle noted when asked what she does for a living.
Despite Brielle Biermann bragging about having “figures” in her bank account, it seems that the Biermann family’s entire life may be a smoke-and-mirror show as she isn’t the only family member struggling with outstanding credit card payments.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann is being sued over failing to pay off a $2,482.24 balance on her Target credit card. Kroy Biermann is also being sued over an unpaid credit line from a casino in the Bahamas.
Meanwhile, Kim and Kroy also owe the IRS $1,147,834.67 in back taxes for the years 2013, 2017, and 2018. The pair were hit with this headline-making federal tax lien on April 11 of this year.
UPDATE: A rep for Brielle Biermann tells TMZ that she plans to pay off her credit card in full on Wednesday.
