Sutton Stracke Shades Erika Jayne’s Claims Menopause Caused Her Weight Loss

Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke argue at Kathy Hilton's dinner party on RHOBH

Sutton Stracke is calling BS on RHOBH co-star Erika Jayne’s recent claims that she lost weight due to menopause, not Ozempic.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke isn’t buying what her co-star Erika Jayne is selling when it comes to her recent weight loss transformation.

Earlier this month, Erika appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she credited her weight loss to menopause, not Ozempic.

On Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen complimented Erika, saying she looked great. He proceeded to ask about her weight loss.

Erika acknowledged that she had dropped some weight over the past year, explaining that she did it “hormonally,” not “Ozempic-ally.”

“Here’s what. Let me just start off by saying, you know, I want to make sure that I don’t trigger anybody because we have this conversation in Beverly Hills, and we have a cast member with an eating disorder,” she explained, referencing her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Crystal Minkoff, who has been open about her life long battle with an eating disorder.

She continued, “But, yes, I did come down in weight, and I did it hormonally.”

Erika also shut down the insinuation that she used the weight loss drug Ozempic. Instead, Erika claimed she lost the weight while going through menopause, noting, “I went to the doctor, and I said get it off, me.”

Now, Erika’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Sutton Stracke is calling out her BS claim she lost weight due to menopause.

“I’ve been through the menopause, but I still don’t look like that. But OK,” Sutton told Us Weekly while rolling her eyes.

However, Sutton did praise Erika’s body transformation.

“Good lord,” Sutton gushed. “I need to do whatever she’s doing.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is reportedly returning to Bravo for season 13 in late 2023. Some reports suggest season 13 will premiere on November 1.

Erika did not lose all that weight in a few short months solely because of menopause. Any more than Kyle gained her emaciated look in a few short months by exercising and forgoing alcohol. Healthy weight loss of this amount take a lot longer than a couple of months in between seasons These women must think we are all stupid.

It's actually true that with correct hormone therapy, you can lose weight when you hit menopause (under a doctors care). I know that Erika haters don't like to hear this, but I'm doubting many of the people here are doctors who specialize in such treatment - but it's true.

That’s true. However, Erika does not look healthy imo. Say what you want about Kyle but her face and body look healthy, a lean, mean, fighting machine if you will ??? no matter how she did it. Erika, on the other hand looks gaunt and frail imo. She looks emaciated as opposed to lean. While Kyle’s transformation has shaved a good 5 yrs or so off her appearance, Erika’s has aged hers a good 10 yrs. She’s starting to have an elderly look about her that was not nearly as apparent when she was heavier.

Educate yourself… correct hormonal treatment will help, but she has The Ozempic Look…it causes loss of muscle mass first.
