Carole Radziwill reveals who was behind the bombshell photo of Luann de Lesseps’ then-fiancé, Tom D’Agostino, cheating on her in 2016.
Bravo alum Carole Radziwill is spilling some major tea about one of the biggest mysteries in Real Housewives of New York history.
Carole Radziwill appeared on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast, where she claimed that Donald Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, was the one who snapped the infamous photo of Tom D’Agostino kissing another woman at The Regency.

In 2016, Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps had just gotten engaged to Tom D’Agostino after a whirlwind romance. However, Luann’s joy was cut short when Bethenny Frankel told her that she had photos of Tom kissing another woman at The Regency. Despite this being a major storyline during season 8 of RHONY, we never found out who sent Bethenny the pictures until now.

According to Carole Radziwill, she was out to dinner with friends six months ago when Michael Cohen popped up and insisted he was the one who took that infamous photo of Tom at The Regency.
“We started talking about Tom or the wedding, and he’s like, ‘Oh please, of course, I know Tom, Who do you think took the picture?’” Carole explained.
While Carole admits Cohen’s comment took her aback, he doubled down on his claim, telling her: “Who do you think took the picture at The Regency?”
Carole explains that Cohen was good friends with Bethenny’s late fiancé, Dennis Shields, who passed away in 2018. Cohen sent the picture to Dennis. He then shared it with Bethenny, who was on vacation with the RHONY cast in Miami.

“So he [Cohen] was talking about Dennis, and then he started talking about Tom, and he said, ‘I took the picture,’ and I was like, ‘The picture that was on [‘RHONY’]?’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, I took it,’” Carole explained.
She continued, “Michael Cohen had taken the photo that ended up being forwarded to Bethenny and ended up being on the show.”
Carole added that this is all “alleged.”
Season 14 of RHONY airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
