RHONJ fans blast Andy Cohen for his treatment of Teresa Giudice at the season 13 reunion. Fans think Andy ‘needs to be put on pause’ after ‘belittling’ the RHONJ OG.
Bravo fans and andy cohen rhonj reunion fans have a major bone to pick with Andy Cohen. Many RHONJ fans aren’t happy with the Big Daddy of Bravo after his “belittling” treatment of Teresa Giudice at the season 13 reunion.
In a preview for part three of the RHONJ season 13 reunion, Andy can be seen losing his cool with the RHONJ OG and screaming at her to “let [Joe Gorga] talk.”
Naturally, fans had quite a bit to say about Andy’s angry outburst towards Teresa especially considering all that she’s given to the show over the past thirteen years.
“It’s honestly weird to see Andy yell at housewives, especially Tre, who has given Bravo so much,” one fan wrote on social media.
A second fan agreed, tweeting, “Yeah, Andy needs to be put on pause for a while.”
Some fans accused the Watch What Happens Live host of “screaming like a maniac,” while others said, “It’s so obvious Andy doesn’t really care for Teresa.”
The Real Housewives executive producer addressed the “massive level of vitriol” he’s received from Tre-Huggers, aka Teresa’s very large and loyal fanbase, on Monday’s episode of Andy Cohen Live on SiriusXM.
“Teresa fans are very upset at me for losing my s–t on Teresa,” Andy admitted.
Andy acknowledges that he was “at the end of his rope” when he screamed at Teresa and has since apologized to the RHONJ OG.
“I think for all of you who are upset, have a seat in the middle of that for eight or 10 hours, and then let’s see how you handle it,” he explained.
While Andy doesn’t “feel great” about his behavior, he did defend getting frustrated by all the unnecessary bickering at the RHONJ reunion.
He said: “It’s a mixture of everything. Not listening, not respecting, my trying to let everyone speak. I mean, if you keep interrupting, at some point, I am gonna lose my shit, and I don’t feel great about it.”
Andy then compared hosting the RHONJ reunion to “being [a] parent of a toddler.”
“I almost walked off at one point,” he confessed before calling Teresa and Melissa Gorga’s drama “petty” and “upsetting.”
Part three of the RHONJ reunion airs on June 13th at 8 pm on Bravo.
