I believe this because Melissa did the same thing [commit retail fraud] in season 6. Melissa bought a really expensive sweater from Neiman Marcus, she then returned it, and that was that. Until the sales lady watched RHONJ and seen Melissa wear the same sweater she returned! Star magazine then wrote story about it! Melissa is known to be a cheapskate! The Gorgas shamelessly hold their hand out for any free bee they can get!
