Scheana Shay‘s attorney is shutting down the claims that she punched Raquel Leviss in the face.
“This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” Neama Rahmani tells Page Six in a statement.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” Scheana’s attorney said, referring to Raquel by her legal name.
“The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”
The 37-year-old attorney then confirms that “no one” in the Vanderpump Rules wants to be around Raquel moving forward.
“Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward,” Rahmani confirmed.
Rahmani insists that the judge in this cast “has only heard a one-sided account” of the alleged confrontation between Raquel and Scheana. “And we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.”
On Tuesday, Raquel filed a restraining order against Scheana. The 28-year-old alleges that Scheana punched her in the face after a heated confrontation over her seven-month-long affair with Tom Sandoval.
Along with the restraining order, Raquel released images showing her alleged injuries.
This all comes after a friend of Scheana’s claimed that Raquel had a black eye before appearing on WWHL.
“All these photos were before #wwhl, and in all of these, this so-called “black eye” was present @raquelleviss. This is not how you treat family, but again everything comes to light…I can’t sit back and watch you create a narrative to save your own ass while trying to bring someone else down as a deflection,” Kael Ramsey Ackerson wrote on Instagram.
Vanderpump Rules airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
