Erika Jayne ‘Relieved’ After Turning Over $1.4 Million Diamond Earrings

Erika Jayne crying on RHOBH about being dragged into Tom's legal issues.

Erika Jayne is feeling “relieved” and “is doing the best she can” amid her recent loss in court over a pair of “sentimental” diamond earrings.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was ordered by a court to turn over a pair of diamond earrings, valued at $1.4 million. The earrings were gifted to the reality TV star by her estranged husband Tom Girardi in 2007.

Last week a judge ruled that Erika had to turn over a pair of diamond earrings because they were considered “stolen property” since Tom allegedly used stolen money from his clients to fund his and Erika’s  “lavish lifestyle.”

“It wasn’t easy for [Erika] to part ways with something that was sentimental to her,” a source close to RHOBH production told PEOPLE, “but she knows she needed to do it and she complied.”

The source adds that Erika turned over the earrings “months ago.”

“Now that the ruling has happened, she’s somewhat relieved a decision has been made and she can officially focus on moving on,” the source notes. “She honestly just wants all of this behind her and will do whatever is necessary to do so. She is doing the best she can to move forward with her life.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm on Bravo.
