Ashlee Holmes just can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to her health.
The former Real Housewives of New Jersey staple landed herself in the hospital less than a month after revealing her Biopolar II diagnosis.
On Thursday, Ashlee shared on Instagram that she found herself in the hospital after believing she was having a heart attack.
“The day started out with me accidentally locking myself out at 7:45 am. I didn’t get back inside until around 11:30 am,” Ashlee explained.
She continued, “Then around 12:30 pm I suffered what I thought was a heart attack at the age of 31 whilst at the grocery store with Cameron. Someone helped me call 911.”
After calling 911, Ashlee was transported to the hospital in an ambulance. She waited for hours before learning that she didn’t have a heart attack but instead had “a severe panic attack” mixed with “costochondritis.”
“I rode in an ambulance to the hospital where I was for HOURS and found out it wasn’t a heart attack, it was something called costochondritis paired with a lovely SEVERE panic attack,” she explained.
Last month Ashlee revealed that she was diagnosed with Biopolar II after suffering a “psychotic break.”
RHONJ will return for season 13 in late 2022 or early 2023.
