Gina Kirschenheiter is accused of pushing her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, down the steps during a fight at their Orange County home.
Travis’ ex-wife Meghan Mullen made the accusations in court documents while claiming the alleged incident occurred “around April” in front of her and Travis’ 10-year-old daughter Presley. Meghan and Travis also share daughter Bennett, 8, and son Joseph, 6.
“Late at night, the children started hearing loud [noises]. Presley went out of the room to investigate. Travis was yelling that Gina was an alcoholic,” Meghan alleged. “Presley witnessed Gina push Travis down the stairs, banging [his] head on the wall, and throwing hairs [sic] and pictures off the wall.”
Meghan notes that she told her kids to call the cops if anything like this ever happens again. She adds that her children are allegedly “not allowed” to have cellphones at Gina and Travis’ house.
“All three children have expressed to me that they are not allowed to call me during his visits,” the court docs state.
The mother of three also states that she is “concerned about Gina’s behavior and drinking.”
“The kids tell me that sometimes when they wake up in the morning, she will be asleep with an empty bottle of wine and glass next to her,” Meghan claims.
However, a source close to the Real Housewives of Orange County star tells Page Six that Meghan’s allegations are “completely false.”
“These claims are without merit. This is a false narrative that [Meghan] is trying to paint about Gina, who is a domestic abuse survivor,” the source explains.
Meanwhile, Kelly Dodd seems to be snaking her way into the drama. The former RHOC star commented on Radar Online’s post about Meghan and Travis’ custody issues.
Kelly wrote: “Well, the ex-wife @meghanjeangalligan reached out to me…told me those kids are terrified to go over to Gina’s house. The kids say all they do is scream and fight, and allegedly, Gina is drunk all the time. THE KIDS HATE IT OVER THERE!! Justice needs to be made for those poor kids.”
Meghan also commented on Radar’s post, saying, “I am the mother of these 3 angels. I am doing everything in my power to protect them. I don’t want their names, faces, etc., in the media. Please respect my wishes for the privacy my babies need to heal from this mess that they don’t deserve to be a part of.”
