On the mend!
Dolores Catania confirms that the “non-cosmetic emergency medical procedure” Teresa Giudice underwent last week was to remove her appendix.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared the news while chatting with E! News. She also gave an update on how Teresa is healing following surgery.
“She had her appendix out,” Dolores explained on Monday. “Now, it just takes time to heal. But it was emergency surgery, so she’s in a lot of pain.”
Dolores added that she “just spoke” with Tre and “she’s not well” after coming from the hospital on Friday.
“She’s not feeling good at all. It’s bad,” Dolores explained. “She’s in a tremendous amount of pain.”
Over the weekend, Teresa received loads of get-well flowers and gifts from her friends and family. Dolores and her boyfriend, Paul Connell, sent an Edible Arrangement, while Bill and Jen Aydin sent flowers.
