Erika Jayne’s XXPEN$IVE spending habits may be coming back to haunt her!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s credit card, specifically her American Express, will be examined as part of her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s ongoing bankruptcy case.

According to Radar Online, Tom’s bankruptcy case trustee has requested Erika’s American Express records to review what she spent money on.

Tom’s former clients, who never received the millions they were awarded, believe he used their settlement funds to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle. Erika insists she did not know about the misappropriated funds; however, that doesn’t fly as she still may be on the hook for the reported $25 million Tom gave her EJ Global company.

“The trustee’s review did reveal, however, substantial payments made by the Debtor to American Express,” the newly filed motion reads.

“While the Debtor’s bank statements contain general line item entries relating to the payments, no additional information was found in the Debtor’s records that sheds any light on the nature of the payments made, or if the Debtor received reasonably equivalent value in exchange for the payments,” the documents continued.

The court documents claim that Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm issued credit cards to several employees, including the RHOBH star, who reportedly had two cards in her name.

Meanwhile, the trustee claims that Erika is “beginning to unravel the numerous transactions which may be avoidable and recoverable for the benefit of creditors.”

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.
