Teresa and Joe Giudice‘s wedding day may be ancient history but it turns out one of their wedding photos is still causing quite the stir.
Photographer Neil Clipper filed a lawsuit against Wetpaint.com for a story titled “Teresa Giudice May Skip Visiting Imprisoned Joe on Their Anniversary” which included the below photo.
It turns out that said photo is the focus of Clipper’s lawsuit against Wetpaint.
According to TMZ, Clipper claims that Wetpaint did not have permission to run the photo and wants $150,000 minimum. Yikes.
However, some claim that since Teresa paid for the service she should own the rights to the photo and that Clipper’s lawsuit is nothing more than frivolous.
