Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa and her husband Joe Gorga are selling their mansion for a whopping $3.5 million.
They are listing their 9,000 square-foot mansion located in Montville, New Jersey on Monday, according to NJ.com.
Joe Gorga built the home with custom features that include a room with a bar, wine boutique, movie theater, hair salon and recording studio!
The couple built the home back in 2007 for $950,000 and in 2012 announced they would be leaving Montville to build their dream home in Franklin Lakes while they leased out the mansion. They then got into a legal battle with the tenant, who argued he was keeping payments from the Gorgas because Joe had failed to make promised repairs. That resulted to the Gorgas’ selling their dream home in Franklin Lakes.
They have since moved back into the Montville mansion that has also appeared on season eight of the Real Housewives. They have yet to announce plans of where they are headed but perhaps the house is just too big for them
The mansion is absolutely gorgeous and being that it is a sellers market – I’m thinking it will be off the market sooner rather than later.
