Vicki Gunvalson’s Reported New Love Interest Smith Walker Addresses Romance Rumors

While many have been excited to hear another man, besides Brooks Ayers, be attached to Vicki Gunvalson’s name, her rumored new boy toy Smith Walker is now denying two longtime friends are dating.

Smith, who spoke through Vicki’s rep to Us Weekly, released a statement saying, “Contrary to media reports that are circulating, Vicki Gunvalson and I are not in a relationship. I met Vicki five years ago during the taping of Season 5 while she was married to Donn.”

While Smith and Vicki aren’t a couple, they were in fact on a double date.“I found myself in town visiting my son this past weekend and decided to see if Vicki was doing okay after having a hard year. Along with another couple, Vicki and I went out dancing. It’s been one double date, and that’s it.”

Vicki may not be in a relationship but according to her rep, she’s “currently very happy and focusing on her family and business.”

Something smells fishy about this story to me. I think this whole story about Vicki moving on from Brooks with another guy so publicly is too much of coincidence. This story seems like a publicity stunt Vicki conjured up to distance herself from Brooks and show she’s moved on to gain fans back. If your last public relationship bombed on national TV and was publicly scrutinized, why would bring your next relationship into the spotlight just as its beginning?

Could Vicki’s rebound with Smith be a publicity stunt? Are you shocked Smith released a statement via Vicki’s rep? Do you think Vicki’s truly moved on from Brooks?
