Teresa And Joe Giudice Finally Settle Their $13.5 Million Bankruptcy Case!

Looks like the Giudices have one less legal problem to worry about!

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the trustee in the bankruptcy filed discharge papers on Aug. 27, clearing away almost $13.5 million in debt! Teresa and Joe are allowed to keep their numerous homes and luxury cars, but were forced to sell $15,000 worth of furniture and household goods.

A judge must approve all the terms in order for the case to be officially closed. The couple still faces fraud and tax evasion charges.

Glad to hear that Teresa and Joe no longer have to worry about the bankruptcy filing. I’m surprised they’re allowed to keep all their cars and houses though.

Thoughts on the court decision?
