After being sentenced to 8 years in prison for fraud and identity theft, Phaedra Park’s husband Apollo Nida just learned he must turn himself in to federal prison on Sept. 10.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Apollo must report to the FMC Lexington Prison in Lexington, Kentucky by noon on Sept. 10.
As we previously reported, in addition to being sentenced to serve 8 years in prison, Apollo also was forced to pay $1.9 million in restitution. Apollo was found guilty of bank, mail and wire fraud, and identify theft of more than 50 people.
