Looks like Melissa and Joe Gorga will have to deal with their nightmare tenant for a few weeks longer than they hoped!
As we reported earlier this month, Kai Patterson, who has been renting the couple’s Montville mansion, missed four months of payments. The rent was set at $20,000 per month! Melissa and Joe have been trying to evict Kai, but a judge recently ruled that Kai can stay in the mansion for 17 more days, provided he makes a $25,000 payment.
Kai previously told TMZ that he only owes three months rent and claims he has documentation that shows the rent was supposed to be only $10,000.
