Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s hubby Joe Giudice has been in quite a lot of trouble with the law. While we have been focusing on Joe’s federal bankruptcy fraud case, prosectors are finally moving forward with Joe’s other case! For those who don’t know, Joe was charged for using his brother’s identification to obtain a driver’s license while his was suspended because of a DUI.
The trial has been delayed until now. According to NJ Entertainment, Joe is set to have a pretrial hearing on July 14th. Before that, Joe and Teresa will be sentenced on July 8th in federal court for fraud charges that both of them face.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is set to premiere July 13th so tons of things are going on.
