Last week Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s case was dismissed and shockingly fraud charges against Joe Giudice have been dismissed!
The case that was dismissed was filed by business partner, Joe Mastropole who said Giudice forged Mastropole’s signature on mortgage documents. Mastropole’s name was then taken off the mortgage and Giudice never gave him the 260,000 he owed.
Judge Kenneth Slowmienski has now dismissed the entire case! Teresa’s crisis manager Wendy Feldman tells Radar, “This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day.”
Wendy says that Teresa and Joe’s lawyer, Michael De Marco “prevailed on a very important piece of the puzzle, as Mastropole had been seeking civil and punitive damage.”
Teresa and Joe still have other fraud charges they are facing but this is obviously great news for the Giudice’s!
