Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore may have pressed charges against Porsha Williams but Porsha is fighting back! Porsha and Kenya got into an altercation on the part one Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion which later lead Porsha to get arrested! Porsha’s attorney is now speaking out and Joe S. Habachy reveals that Porsha will pursue felony charges against Kenya Moore for aggravated assault.
Porsha was arrested last week and released on a $2000 bail. In a recent statement to The Wrap, Porshas lawyer says,
“Cast member Kenya Moore sought out the warrant and, although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams fully cooperated with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name. Furthermore, several cast mates and witnesses report that it was clear that Kenya Moore was undoubtedly the primary aggressor in the incident. Thus, Ms. Williams, who has never been arrested before, intends to contest the pending misdemeanor and to pursue felony charges against Kenya for aggravated assault.”
