While the Beverly Hills cast are into fashion and used to spending time shopping, and the nicer things in life, Joyce Giraud knows there are more important things in the world. Joyce recently spent her day making children smile at the LA children’s hospital and describes it as the best day ever!
Joyce shared the following photos on Instagram of herself with one of the children having some fun together. The girls from Joyce’s Queen of the Universe Pageant were also present!

I truly believe Joyce has a genuine heart. I hope we don’t see her go as producers are making cast changes for next season.
