This has got to be probably the toughest years for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. Teresa and her husband Joe are facing up to 41-counts of fraud charges but are reportedly closing in on a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s office. While Teresa and Joe are facing up to 50 years, In Touch Magazine claims that if the judge accepts the plea deal offer, Teresa will not have to serve any jail time!
And what about Joe? Joe will serve a minimum of five years in prison and Teresa will be jail-free but have a maximum of five years probation. That’s not all. The two will also have to pay $11 million in restitution.
Can you imagine? 11 million? That is absolutely insane. Teresa has been very successful making a brand for herself so I think they would eventually end up okay. And I think because Teresa is a mother of four the best thing they should do is just give her probation. Do you think Teresa and Joe will be okay?
