Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has made it quite clear that she is very close to her parents. Joe Gorga-not so much. Teresa’s father has been sick for a few years back and fourth at the hospital and unfortunately this month-he was back after having complications from his lung disease emphysema. A friend told Star magazine,
“Teresa was there by his side. She is very close to her father and it was devastating for her to see him lying in a hospital bed. She is already so stressed and it just broke her heart. She is going through a very difficult time.”
Teresa is currently facing some serious legal trouble and apparently it has taken a toll on her father. The source adds,
“The strain of Teresa’s legal troubles has taken a toll on her father. Knowing that the trial proceedings are fast approaching is very tough for him to absorb. It is hard to see his little girl in a serious situation.”
I can’t imagine how he’s feeling having to see his daughter go through this and worry for her and her family. Here’s to hoping that Teresa’s father gets better.
