Kim Zolciak was already gifted with the best Christmas present, when she gave birth to her twins Kane and Kaia before Thanksgiving. Kim is now the mother of SIX, yes you read that correctly, SIX children. She took to her Instagram to share with fans Christmas photos of the kids and their gifts! Check them out below
