A Georgia judge has ruled in favor of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart after filing her most recent motion in court! Porsha claimed that Kordell changed the locks of their home and needed him to either allow her back in the house, or pay for another residence for his wife, and it looks like the judge sides with Porsha.
According to Hip Hop Enquirer, Kordell “must pay his estranged wife $5000.00 in temporary support as well as he must return all her personal possessions to her immediately or pay for it to be put in storage unit.”
The court documents which can be read HERE, state that Kordell must pay Porsha $2500 twice a month, totalling $5000 temporary monthly alimony. He will also pay for the move of her belongings into a storage unit, and pay the monthly rent, while he keeps his big ol’ house!
Apparently the judge did not care that Kordell filed his own motion claiming Porsha spends frivolously and has a job now! It looks like things are going Porsha’s way in this bitter divorce for now, but we will see what happens when it’s all finalized and over! Do you think Porsha will get any more money in the end?
