It’s clear the two talked about everything that happened at the reunion outside of the show and both agreed they would move on. Lisa obviously holds grudges and doesn’t care to move on with Kyle. I think she should be straight forward with Kyle and say that she doesn’t care about the friendship anymore because she doesn’t!
