RHOBH star Adrienne Maloof put her fabulous mansion on the market less than a month ago and has already sold the home for $20 million! Kyle Richards must be laughing all the way to the bank because her hubby Mauricio Umansky was the lucky one that sold the house!
Originally the asking price of the home was $26 million and although they sold it for only $20 million, that’s still pretty amazing considering they bought the house back in 04 for just a little over $12 million.
