I am trying to understand what they want from me.” Many viewers took Tamra’s comment about trying to understand what “they” want from her as a possible reference to production and what is expected from her on the show. But according to Tamra, it was not just production making her question her role this season. Tamra claimed that three of her castmates actually came up to her and asked when she was going to start being the Tamra viewers are used to seeing. “There was three cast members that came up to me and said, ‘When are you going to do your thing?’” Tamra said. “And I go, ‘What do you mean? I am doing my thing.’” ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/image-13.png) Tamra then nodded her head and implied she understood what they were really asking. “Ohhh, so you are relying on me for ratings,” Tamra said. When asked about the future of the RHOC cast, Tamra said she believes the show needs a shakeup. “I definitely think there needs to be a little bit of a shake up,” she said. Tamra then suggested that her not being as “activated” this season put more attention on the rest of the cast and may have exposed who is actually pulling their weight. “I think me not being as activated as I normally am put eyes on other people,” Tamra explained. She added, “Not saying that I carry the show on my back, but my back did hurt for years.” Tamra continued, “I think it really showed who’s working and who’s not.” The comment is already sparking conversation among RHOC viewers, especially after a season where Tamra appeared less explosive than usual and several cast members were accused by fans of not bringing enough to the table.
