I don’t know what else I could say about it,” Bronwyn said. “I was in a very personally chaotic and messy place, and then so much is going on with all of us.” According to Bronwyn, the season was nonstop for the entire cast. “There was never a minute to breathe,” she explained. “Everybody needed everybody else all of the time. You really see us trying to balance our own personal lives and how we contribute to a group dynamic and how we are friends for each other.” Newport even joked that her outfit choices said a lot about her emotional state during filming. “At one point during this season, I say to whoever I’m with, ‘Well, I showed up in jeans, so obviously I’m in a very dark place, and I don’t give a f*ck about this conversation,’” she said. Bronwyn also opened up about what she says was the final straw in her marriage to Todd. But she said the tattoo was not about celebrating the breakup. “Not because the cherry broke us up and I’m happy about that,” Bronwyn clarified. Instead, Bronwyn said the tattoo represents a reminder to pay attention to the things that matter in relationships and to never ignore her own feelings again. “Going forward, I always want to notice those things that I’m not saying, that I’m not putting an emphasis on,” she explained. “I don’t ever want to be the kind of person who did that to somebody else, and I don’t ever want to be okay with somebody doing that to me.” Bronwyn’s comments come as her personal life continues to spark conversation off-camera as well. Since her split from Todd, Bronwyn has been dating again, and she recently made headlines after she was publicly seen kissing a man who was reportedly married.
