Gina Kirschenheiter’s fiancee, Travis Mullen, is in the middle of a heated custody battle — and new allegations are escalating the situation even further.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Travis has accused his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, of missing multiple court-ordered drug tests as the two continue to fight over custody of their three children.
The former couple, who split in 2016, have reportedly been locked in an “extremely contentious” legal battle, with tensions only growing over time.
Travis is currently seeking permanent sole custody and claims Meghan has “failed to provide for the most basic care for the minor children,” in addition to allegedly missing required drug tests.
This isn’t the first time concerns have been raised in the case. Earlier in 2025, Travis claimed Meghan prevented him from seeing one of their sons for over a month and allowed the child to miss significant amounts of school.
In November 2025, the court awarded Travis sole custody, with Meghan granted monitored visitation.
However, Meghan is pushing back strongly against the latest claims.
“Travis continues to misuse the court process to get his way,” she said in response. “His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children.”
She also accused him of using the legal system as “a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”
With both sides making serious allegations and refusing to back down, the custody battle shows no signs of slowing — and it’s quickly becoming one of the more intense legal disputes connected to the Real Housewives universe.
