Dorit Kemsley Facing Pre-Foreclosure On $6.5M Mansion As $842K Debt Drama Mounts

Dorit Kemsley is reportedly facing serious financial trouble as her home has entered pre-foreclosure amid mounting debt.

The The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley purchased their Encino mansion in August 2019 for $6.475 million. Now, new reports claim the property is facing foreclosure after multiple lenders filed default notices tied to hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid loans.

According to records cited by RadarOnline, two lenders — Tanka LLC and Private Money Solutions — filed a notice of default on January 21 over loans totaling $750,000. With interest added, the total outstanding amount is reportedly $842,376.

The loan was originally taken out in February 2022, and documents suggest the last payment may have been made in September 2025.

Inside the mounting debt claims

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Encino property was reportedly financed through several unconventional lenders when Dorit and PK purchased the home.

Mortgage specialists and California foreclosure experts have now allegedly been brought in to recover the missed payments. If the debt is not resolved, the property could move into a non-judicial foreclosure — a process that allows lenders in California to foreclose without going through the court system.

Another financial issue also surfaced late last year.

In December 2025, finance firm Prime Recon LLC filed a separate notice of default claiming it is owed $5,196,750 on the primary mortgage, along with $294,321 in missed payments and penalties that allegedly accumulated between April and December.

It remains unclear from public records whether that particular debt has since been resolved.

Recent financial moments raise eyebrows

The financial headlines come as Dorit has faced questions from viewers in recent months.

During a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit’s credit card was declined while she was shopping at a Hamptons boutique. She later explained the issue was due to a fraud alert on the card.

Meanwhile, Dorit also dealt with a smaller payment dispute last year involving her former hairstylist, Chris Dylan.

The stylist posted screenshots of messages online claiming Dorit owed him a four-figure amount for styling her hair for appearances and events, including attending a Los Angeles Lakers game.

After publicly calling out the alleged unpaid bill, Dylan later updated followers on TikTok, writing, “After months of begging finally paid in full thank you guys.”

As of now, Dorit has not publicly addressed the foreclosure reports.

Poor dear, she had no clue PK fired the bill fairy. She gonna be shaking that 11k mini Birkin out for loose change and bumming ciggies at the 7-11 parking lot. ? Not too bright, that one.

She’ll blame it on Kyle somehow. Kyle not playing into Dorit’s victim syndrome, made Dorit forget to keep her mortgage current. ?? I hope Andy brought this up at the reunion yesterday.

One has to assume all of these loans are joint loans for with Dorit and PK as signatories. So this is not Dorit's problem alone. If I recall, this would not be the first time Dorit and PK have stiffed lenders and others to whom they owed money. Of course, a bankruptcy filing will hold all of these creditors at bay while Dorit and PK decide how to get out of this and move on to their next grift, either individually or together..

Poor Dorit, it's going to be interesting to see how she manages without her precious "glam squad". https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/b3a87f025e0488a447d47382d8249b0164eeacbc26842f3f9c0a108b071f5353.png

Perhaps she can return the full racks of clothing she purchases on her spending sprees. Doesn’t matter how rich the man, he’s not going to allow her to bankrupt him.

"Mortgage specialists and California foreclosure experts have now allegedly been brought in to recover the missed payments". ? Yes, I'm sure the experts are all lined up to go after Dorit. Vyle must have run to the paps with this one. She needs to get an effing life and take her millions that Mau made and retire to that ranch in Nashville with Morgan. As for Dorit, she's going through a contentious divorce with a drunken douche bag who staged a robbery (allegedly) and took off with the millions. There's going to be much more financial trouble before PK pays up and this is settled. Kyle told us that big financial troubles are looming and she knows cause Mau and PK tell her.

Yeah, 8 months of missed mortgage payments will kickstart the foreclosure process. Especially, if those past due notices are ignored. That McMansion is not worth 6.5 million, only in CA… smh

Personally, I'm over the "modern farmhouse" style, but I'm guessing it would hit the $2M mark around these parts.

There are subdivisions in my town full of cramped metal roofed, no yard, boxes, they go for 4-600k. I’d much prefer an older fixer with character for a third of that price in an established neighborhood.

You're speaking my language ... I too am into traditional timeless charm. However, I think our next build is going to be modern (but with a lot of mid-century thrown in).
