Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi is calling out Amanda Frances after what she describes as a rude encounter before they appeared together on Watch What Happens Live.
During an episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, the Shahs of Sunset alum said Amanda treated her poorly outside their New York hotel — allegedly because she believed GG was just a fan.
GG explained that she actually liked Amanda before the incident.
“I was just in New York doing Watch What Happens Live, and I was gonna be on with Amanda, Amanda Frances, the infamous. One season and holy sh*t, right? So, unlike a lot of people, I actually like Amanda in a lot of ways, on the show … I did like her.”
But things quickly turned awkward when Golnesa tried to greet her.
According to Golnesa, she was outside chatting with Lisa Rinna and smoking when Amanda walked out of the hotel with her team.
“Lisa Rinna was there, too. I was chatting with her. And I’m outside smoking a J, and out comes Amanda with her whole crew, and I’m like, ‘Hi, Amanda!’ And I wave. It’s snowing. It’s freezing. I’m in my fur. I’m like, ‘Hey!’”
GG said Amanda’s reaction immediately stood out.
“And she goes like this, she turns over, looks me up and down, and kind of just smirks.”
At that moment, Golnesa realized Amanda didn’t recognize her.
“And I can tell she has no clue who I am, so I say, ‘I’m seeing you at Watch What Happens Live.’ And she goes, ‘That’s where I’m headed,’ and she walks off.”
For GG, the interaction felt especially rude because Amanda likely believed she was just an enthusiastic fan.
“Who talks to their fans like that? Who does that to a fan?” she said.
“She’s not nice,” Golnesa continued. “If I were a fan, that would’ve been horrible, because she didn’t know who I was, so she did think I was a fan, and I was an over-the-top, ‘hi,’ so excited.”
According to GG, Amanda’s attitude shifted once they arrived at the Bravo clubhouse and Andy Cohen introduced them.
“We get to Watch What Happens Live, Andy comes in, love, happiness, hugging, and he goes, ‘Oh, this is Amanda.’ I said, ‘Oh yeah, I know. I know.’ And she’s like, ‘I’m so sorry,’” GG recalled.
GG said Amanda appeared to change her tone after seeing how production treated her and realizing she had been part of the Bravo world for years.
“She was apologizing, and she saw how the crew was taking care of me. We’re sitting down, and she’s like, ‘You’ve been around Bravo a while?’ And Andy jumps in and says, ‘She’s been around forever.’”
While host Jeff Lewis suggested Amanda may have just been shy, GG wasn’t buying that explanation.
“Does Amanda look shy to you?” she asked.
Even though Amanda eventually apologized, GG made it clear the initial interaction left an impression — especially because she believes Amanda would have treated a real fan the same way.
